This page explains what YUR Athletics keeps, what it doesn't, and who helps us do the work.

Who we are
YUR Athletics is a product of YUR AI Corp, based in Prosper, Texas. Our customers are parents, guardians and coaches. Athletes under 18 use YUR Athletics with a parent or guardian.
This website
This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or ads. Our host, Cloudflare, carries the traffic and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site. Those logs are covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
What we keep
- Your account email and plan, and a customer number from our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe holds your card, not us.
- Receipts and invoices.
- Usage counts, such as how many plays were read. These are counts only, never the film or what was said about it.
- A handover receipt listing the names, sizes and digital fingerprints of the files we gave your family. It doesn't include the files.
What we don't keep after handover
When your family confirms your athlete's bundle, we delete our working copy of:
- film, frames and clips
- play-by-play grades and the film report
- your athlete's database
- photos, stats and outreach drafts
Your family keeps all of it on your own computer.
Where the work happens
- Your desktop. Your athlete's database and your email connection stay on your computer.
- Cloud computers (RunPod). They cut film into still frames. Their copies are deleted when each job ends.
- AI model providers. To read a play, the frames and notes for that play go to a model provider: Ollama Cloud first, with Google, Anthropic and OpenAI as backups. Each handles that data under its own terms.
- Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare hosts athlete pages you choose to publish and forwards email sent to yurathletics.com addresses.
Nothing goes out without a parent's OK
Every email, post and published page needs approval from a parent or guardian first. Coach email goes from your family's own email account.
Athlete pages
An athlete's page is public only if a parent or guardian publishes it. Its words name only your athlete, never teammates or opponents. It comes down when you stop hosting or ask us to take it down. You keep the files.
What we never do
- Sell or rent anyone's information.
- Show ads.
- Use your athlete's film or data to train our own models.
Children under 13
YUR Athletics isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We delete everything except the receipts that tax and accounting law require us to keep.
Changes to this page
When this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects what we keep, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
